HP appears to have finally fixed the "printing blank pages" problem for the OfficeJet "All-In-One" 6100 series printers. So far printing is again working correctly. Completely uninstall the old HP drivers using the applet in the HP folder, then download and install the 01-2006 dated release under "Software".
